    Our Storytime event this week is presented by MUSE Knoxville! Our youngest friends will explore animal movement using tactile manipulatives and their bodies through music and games. Includes a read aloud book, dancing, games, and parachute play. This program is designed for young children

  • MUSE Knoxville: Float Your Boat!

    Join us for a visit from MUSE Knoxville! Become a real-life engineer by designing, creating, and testing an aluminum foil boat! Students will learn about the engineering design process, prototyping, the value of failure and iteration, data collection, and collaboration in this STEAM class. This program is geared for 3rd-5th graders.

  • Skype a Scientist: Sssssnakes!

    Join us on a skype call to a (sssss)certified ssssssnake expert! Anyone is welcome to come and learn cool reptile facts, ask your most pressing snake questions, and learn what it's like to be a Herpetologist!

    A Member of the Norris Community Garden will be doing a story then teaching kids how to plant their own garden! Kids will go home with a starter seed to plant in their own garden.

    Come see a local performance from the Hominy Mamas! This interactive performance from local musicians takes feedback from the audience to make a great show! This program is geared for children, but adults will enjoy it as well.
