Welcome to September and what’s turning out to be a VERY busy month at the Norris Library. We have several announcements this month for programs and events.

Our 2024 Summer Reading Program is officially finished. This year, you all broke all the records! Over 240 people participated this year, and collectively you read 2,360 books! Congratulations! Thank you to the community, sponsors, and organizations that make the Summer Reading Program possible every year.

Food for fines is returning! For the entire month of September, bring in any nonperishable, in date food item or unopened toiletry item to waive $1 off your library fines. Any extra items will go towards lowering the fines of other library card holder. All the items will be donated to the Norris Area Food Pantry.
