Congratulations on another Summer Reading Program completed! This year’s All Together Now themed program was an amazing success thanks to our patrons and community. This year we had 226 people register which is not only an increase from last year’s program, but a record for our overall Summer Reading Programs! Thank you to everyone who participated throughout the summer and to those of you who celebrated our Finale Field Day with us. We hope you had lots of fun!
Thank you to all our special guests and sponsors who helped the library with facilitating programs! From our community members who volunteered their time, to the local businesses who donated program supplies and prizes for the reading challenge; we appreciate you! A special thanks to the Friends of the Norris Community Library who funds the Summer Reading Program each year.
We have some changes to our program schedule starting Aug 1st. Storytime, Kids’ Art Club, Adult Book Club, and LEGO club will keep their regular times. The following are new programs:
The library will be closed, Monday, September 4th in observance of Labor Day. No fines will accrue on accounts while the library is closed. The book drop and online catalog will remain available.
