The community will then have the opportunity to view the artwork and vote for their favorites from each category! Anyone may sign up for free online or in person at the Norris Community Library while spots are available. \nParking: We recommend that you park in the new parking spaces behind Norris Middle School. Parking on the main street will be available in the morning\, but closed off in the afternoon for the 75th Birthday event. \nSupplies Provided: Water bottles\, 1 box of chalk \nRecommended Supplies: Extra chalk\, extra water and snacks\, brushes\, felt\, gloves\, knee pads\, paper towels\, tape \nBanned Supplies: We are using this space temporarily so paint\, fixatives\, and other permanent supplies will not be allowed. \nSubject Matter: This is a family event\, so please keep the theme of your artwork light and friendly. Please arrive at the Norris Bus Circle between 8:00-9:00 AM to sign in and pickup your name tag\, your supplies\, and your place assignment.
